Dental Implants
 NJ office, The Centre For Dentistry, features Dr.
Markus, Dr. Scott and Dr. Philips who have received their certification
from the Nobel Biocare (Branemark) company. Implants can be used
to
replace a single missing tooth. When multiple teeth are missing,
we replace each missing root with an individual implant. Implant
placement may be done by our periodontist, Dr. Lu, in our
facility, or by any of the many other specialists we can recommend
to you. It is important that we be involved in the referral
process, as there are specific areas where we need the implant
to
be placed, and we therefore need to work with specialists who understand
our pre-requisites.

Teeth in a Day (throw your dentures away)
- The FDA has now given its seal of approval to immediate loading of
lower implants. This means that if you are wearing a lower denture,
and
you want to convert to dental implants to retain your denture, you will
not have to wait 4-6 months until you have teeth. On the day
of your implant surgery, you will go home with (temporary) teeth
attached
to your implants. Several months later, we can begin the final
construction.
